NYC Salary Range - $49,220 - $60,000 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location.

What you'll do
- Ensures new Mortgages, HELOCs, Coop and Auto Loans are successfully transferred from Mortgage Operations and Consumer Lending to the Loan Servicing area (FISERV-DNA)
- Verifies all loan information transferred is accurate and works with Mortgage Operations and Post Closing to resolve any inaccuracies
- Responsible for compliance with applicable Federal, State and NCUA rules, regulations and laws while upholding UNFCU's commitment to quality member service and representing UNFCU in a positive and professional manner
- Responsible for tax and insurance tracking, escrow disbursements and analysis
- Meet established standards and guidelines with regard to compliance, job knowledge, quality attendance and punctuality, efficiency, initiative, member service and overall performance.
What we're seeking
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, plus 2 years of related work experience in loan servicing or in work that provided a working knowledge of mortgage and consumer loan
- Familiarity with loan related documents such as Note, Mortgage/Deed of Trust, Riders, PMI and Flood certificates, and Closing Disclosures/TRID
- Knowledge of Loan Servicing systems
- Strong problem solving skills and professional oral and written communication skills
- Previous work experience in Loan Servicing
- Strong proficiency in relevant software applications, particularly Fiserv DNA, Nautilus and Microsoft Office
