Description: Our client is currently seeking a Loss Prevention Manager
It's a FTE/Perm/Direct hire with hybrid work schedule.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- The person will work closely with the operations team for our management company as well as some third party management companies that we work with. This person will also be interfacing with our work comp carrier.
- looking for someone with a good personality who can understand the challenges of running an apartment site on a daily basis and who also has innovative ideas on how to motivate people
