Description: Our client is currently seeking a LPN in the Fort Worth, TX area!

*This is a contract to hire opportunity*

Schedule:

M-F (7:00am - 4:00pm)

Specific Duties:

1. Conducts clinic visits with patients, triaging, perform vitals, educate on disease, diet, and assess patient needs. Communicates these needs to the appropriate person (i.e. Social Worker, clinic staff, etc.) or addresses them per process.

2. Places IV's and draws labs

3. Schedule Patient Appointments, and maintain providers schedule

4. Document in EMR

5. Performs all other duties as assigned

Must have qualifications/experience:

1. Current and unrestricted Vocational/Practical Nursing license in the required state

2. Current BLS certification

3. Two or more years of LVN experience

4. Computer Literacy

5. Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
