Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

In this role, you will work with the Americas compliance VP and the Americas business teams to manage the Americas Financial Institution ("FI") Client Oversight Program and support the overall enhancement of the global FI Oversight Program. We'll be looking for you to conduct an in-depth, enhanced analysis of prospective and current FI Clients and identify issues that are complex and/or high-risk in nature, and provide recommendations to both compliance and business leadership on how to proceed in accordance with existing policy, procedures, and risk assessments. You'll implement policies and procedures and work closely with the regional oversight teams who will help you achieve consistency. Your role will be to provide leadership and guidance to support the compliance programs across multiple locations to make sure strategies are aligned.

For such a significant role, we require you to have at least 5+ years' experience within Compliance or AML at a managerial level within financial services and having managed AML programs in the past. Ideally, be Degree-educated or possess relevant experience in research and analysis, legal/analytical/financial research, Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, FinCEN, general risk-based compliance. Along with this you will need to be analytically minded, possess strong organizational skills, and be comfortable in communicating and presenting to senior management. We also expect you to have well-developed interpersonal skills and be able to function well within a team-oriented environment.

The annual gross base salary range is $ 81,204.01 - $143,043.53. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.

Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
