About the Role
The Cobrand Marketing team manages all marketing and internal operations for the Gap Inc. credit card. This team specifically focuses on credit card spend outside of the Gap, Inc. brand portfolio, enticing customers to use their credit card at all merchants. From card benefit innovation to direct marketing campaigns, this team is the touchpoint that has direct access to Gap cardmembers.
This role will focus on the creative development and execution of multi-channel card marketing collateral for all Brands.
What You'll Do
- Lead execution of the Cobrand card marketing collateral across all Brands, various platforms, vendors in partnership with the Cobrand Director and issuing bank.
- Develop creative briefs based on the defined Cobrand strategy.
- Create designs, including copy, to support omnichannel creative assets for loyalty/card program across Athleta, Banana Republic, Gap and Old Navy based on marketing briefs, brand strategy, brand aesthetic and graphic guidelines with direction from the Cobrand Director and/or each brands' creative teams.
- Manage creative review process among all stakeholders, ensuring creative is on-strategy, customer-centric and on-brand.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, strategy, art directors, senior designers, web and print production, and project management in order to meet business goals and ensure alignment with Loyalty initiatives. Drive innovation and customer engagement across print, email and digital assets.
- Manage email program, including partnership with outside email vendor, campaign scheduling, submitting campaign assets, QA and reporting.
- Support central Loyalty & Payments ad hoc projects.
Who You Are
- BA in Graphic Design or related field with minimum 5-7 years of experience on an in-house creative team preferably in retail or payments, or at a creative agency or design studio.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, advertising, loyalty, ecommerce or related field, focused on driving the development, execution, and analysis of omni-channel marketing programs; experience working with creative teams and creative development processes. Past credit card, retail, banking or agency experience preferred, but not required
- Organized, self-starter with positive attitude, strong communication/interpersonal skills, and ability to manage change
- Proactive with strong project and program management skills; able to multi-task and work autonomously and as part of a team; willingness to shift plans as necessary to meet goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay focused/calm, while showing strong attention to detail and delivering flawlessly & accurately
- Eye for design and passion for branding and working within design systems with an emphasis on strong layout and typographic skills. A portfolio of work that shows a mastery of color theory, design trends and typographic hierarchy in both digital and print mediums.
- Highly proficient on a MacBook using Adobe CC applications especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; AfterEffects skills are a plus.

Salary Range: $112,100 - $148,500 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
