What We Do

Visible Alpha enhances the investment research process by extracting meaningful analyst models, and research reports through valuable partnerships with the world's premier investment research organizations. Our deep consensus data provides financial recommendations on companies and industries at a level of granularity and timeliness and that has never before been possible.

What You'll Do

  • Reporting business progress to the Global Director of Sales Development, sales coaching, leading by example, and implementing repeatable and scalable sales processes.
  • Assist in leading headcount planning efforts to attract and recruit top tier talent.
  • Own, drive, and accurately forecast activity and pipeline.
  • Assess KPIs and implement team-wide initiatives to innovate and improve performance for all direct reports.
  • Manage performance reviews and develop rep improvement plans.
  • Introduce new strategies to break into target accounts.
  • Ensure accurate and complete information is entered into our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Ensure that sales pipeline objectives are achieved and managed correctly.
  • Resolve interpersonal issues within the department and escalate if required.

Who You Are
  • 8+ years of experience managing a Sales Development team
  • Successful sales management experience and top-of-funnel achievement.
  • Track record of scaling successful sales development teams.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding team sales goals.
  • Experience managing a 5 to 7 person team.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Experience using sales automation and coaching tools (Sales Navigator, Sales Engagement, ZoomInfo, Chorus, etc).
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment.

Remuneration:
At Visible Alpha, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $104,000 to $141,000. This role is also eligible for a 40% target bonus.
