RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately hiring a Manufacturing Associate to join our team in San Diego, California (CA). Manufacturing or assembly experience is desired, but not required. This role requires someone to go onsite 5 days a week. Summary: As a full-time employee, the Manufacturing Associate is eligible for benefits such as: medical, dental, 401k with matching, ESPP, HSAs/FSAs, and more. As part of our first shift (6am - 2:30pm) team, the Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for the day-to-day assembly and operations for our global R&D client. This position is critical to the company, and teamwork and a high attention-to-detail are both critical.REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in an R&D or manufacturing environment is desired, but not mandatory
- Must be able to work from 6am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday
- Must be eager to learn, grow, and add value to the team
- The Manufacturing Associate must be able to work well within a team, as well as independently
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
