Success on these teams looks like someone who is driven and self-motivated, cares about their coworkers' goals, and seeks the opportunity to learn. Although the teams are vastly different, not one is more important than the other. We stay focused on what value we provide customers and driving the business forward. We are currently hiring for 2023 opportunities.

Job duties will vary between teams, but may include, and are not limited to:

• Assist with the technical implementation and day-to-day workflows for partner campaigns.
  
• Organize, analyze, and optimize programmatic accounts in order to drive traffic and generate leads.
  
• Build Veterans United's brand as a VA Loan expert through fostering relationships with key influencers that lead to press opportunities, content partnerships and social media mentions.
  
• Focus on finding innovative ways to understand brand affinity, customer issues, behaviors, motivations, and needs, and translating those findings into impactful business actions.
  
• Create compelling visual content for clients and employees, collaborate with project owners to develop innovative solutions for specific campaigns, and work in a dynamic team setting similar to a full-service marketing agency.
  
• Leverage internal and external analytics to understand customer interactions and their impact on business metrics to identify opportunities for change within the business.
  
• Generate copy for a wide variety of projects, which can include but it not limited to email and direct mail campaigns; commercials and brand actions; websites, landing pages and conversion tests; print pieces and promotional materials.
  
• Build interactive websites using JavaScript, PHP, Twig, and MySQL.
  
• Conceptualize digital solutions to customer and business problems and bring them to life through high-fidelity prototypes, before ultimately pairing with a software developer to release your work into the world.

Each team will require varying levels of experience in software, but we'd like to see some of these attributes:

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, Moz Analytics and Majestic SEO, or comparable software.
  
• Experience working with Tableau or similar data visualization tool.
  
• Experience with custom illustration, front-end web design, email design, or iconography.
  
• Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
  
• Proficient in jQuery or another JavaScript framework.
  
• Experience with Jenkins, Perforce, Git, and other version control, continuous integration, and delivery tools.
  
• Familiarity with LAMP stack.
  
• Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS).
  
• Proficient in Angular, Canvas, and/or other advanced web development technologies.
  
• Working knowledge of PHP.
  
• Experience working with Multivariate (A/B) testing technologies.
