We are currently seeking a Case IH Marketing Segment Lead- Precision Farming (AFS). This role reports to the head of Case IH and is responsible for leading a team of Precision Technology product and dealer business experts who are tasked with executing marketing strategies centered around end-to-end technology solution across all iron platforms in North America. The collective team under the leadership of this role will use customer centric practices to bring new product to market while driving technology adoption across all platforms.

  • Manage and provide leadership direction to a team that acts as precision experts for their respective areas of responsibilities
  • Mentor team members to take a customer first approach in all activities and decisions
  • Champion a culture of inclusion and acceptance to maintain a comfortable open team dynamic
  • Build and execute an aligned precision technology strategy across platforms with a customer solution focus
  • Prioritize region precision technology needs to drive global development priority
  • Identify future precision opportunities in the region to contribute to CNHi strategy
  • Develop and implement strategy to apply technology for both customer retention and competitive acquisition
  • Serve as voice of customer for the Case IH NA customer base
  • Grow the population of connected engaged customers and acres
  • Drive factory fit technology adoption to increase precision revenue
  • Find opportunities in all marketing channels to promote Case IH precision technology
  • Own internal and external communication execution
  • Develop and execute dealer network precision growth strategy that aligns to the brand vision
  • This position pays: $132,000 -$203,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
  • Ability to travel domestically more than 25%-35% of the time

  • Bachelor's degree is required; Business/Marketing or Agriculture preferred
  • 8+ years experience in heavy equipment or agricultural industry
  • 4+ years directly selling, supporting, marketing or servicing precision farming technology
