Position Purpose:The Master Plumber applies a high level of skill in implementing of repairs, renovations, new installations, preventative maintenance, modifications, alterations, emergency repairs, and maintains good customer relations while working in College residential, athletic, grounds, academic, science laboratories, medical, administrative, security, and mechanical facilities throughout campus. He/she generally works as a member of a two person team, but also works independently as needed. Assists in all Equipment Maintenance Shop Work as required.
Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp:High School plus 5+ years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
