Work Schedule: Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime, Hours and shifts are subject to change.

Shift: 2B -Wed - Fri / Every other Saturday 5pm - 5am

Location: Mesa, Arizona

Where you come in:

  • Completes all warehousing activities including but not limited to receiving, shipping, manufacturing support, and inventory control in compliance with Safety, cGMP, and Quality Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Able to perform all activities of a Material Handler 2.
  • Utilizes pallet jacks, stand-up reach trucks, sit-down reach trucks, turret trucks, electric rider jacks, box trucks to unload/load material and transport it between areas.
  • Able to obtain and/or has been certified on multiple types of material handling equipment.
  • Performs transactions in ERP/WMS system including but not limited to shipping, entering cycle counts and material receipts, shipments, etc.
  • Able to investigate and resolve shipping or receiving issues utilizing ERP/WMS system.
  • Broad knowledge of Oracle ERP/High Jump WMS system.
  • Able to perform intermediate functions in Excel including such as creating tables, sorting/filtering data, etc.
  • Able to coordinates inbound and outbound freight.
  • Able to support international shipping activity.
  • Cross-trained in multiple functions in the warehouse(s) such as receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
  • In collaboration with his supervisors, assists in implementing process improvement ideas.
  • Assists in leading daily team meetings to review team performance and daily workload.
  • Provides hands on training to new employees/temporary employees on warehouse functions.
  • Helps assign activities to team based on priorities set by leadership.
  • Creates and/runs basic reports around performance metrics.
  • Investigates a resolves basic customer requests from internal partners.

What makes you successful:
  • 4+ years of experience in material handling role.
  • 1 year utilizing Oracle/WMS or 2 years of experience completing transactions in other ERP/WMS system
  • 1+ year experience operating electric powered material handling equipment
  • Basic computer data entry skills
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to obtain a forklift certification
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills

Experience and Education

Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.

Non-Exempt Salary Details:

The annualized base salary range for this role is $34,500 to $57,500. Annualized values for non-exempt (hourly) positions are estimates, final annualized salary will depend on total hours worked. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Examples of English language proficiency may include (but are not limited to): ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to verbally communicate with leadership, employees, and auditors; ability to comprehend spoken language.

Physical Demands

Employees in this position may be required to perform the following physical activities: standing, walkingand sitting for extended periods of time; frequent use of the hands, fingers, wrist, and greater arm to handle small materials, tools, boxes, and trays; lifting and carrying objects up to 50Ibs; occasional overhead reaches and lifts; occasional lifts and reaches below the knee; occasional pushing and pulling of materials and objects with moderate forces; occasional crouching/kneeling, twisting, and squatting movements.

Work Environment

Employees may be exposed to the following environmental conditions while performing this job: work near moving parts, work with chemicals, outdoor weather conditions, extreme heat (non-weather), extreme cold (non-weather), exposure to intense light and/or intermittent light, fast-paced work, and elevated noise levels.
