RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Irving, TX that is looking for two Microsoft 365 Administrator/VOIP Admins to join a global organization to participate in a field rollout/update to Microsoft Teams.Summary:A successful candidate must demonstrate advanced level knowledge of Enterprise/Cloud base Voice, MS Teams calling, and general M365 solutions. This position will play a critical role to help drive adoption and usage of Microsoft UC for Unified Messaging and Collaboration solutions (VoIP, Video conferencing, Power platform, etc.). The candidate must embrace new technology and feels confident supporting a global O365 architecture. The Microsoft Teams - VOIP Admin must enjoy a close-knit team environment of shared responsibility while managing and providing support in various technologies and implementing services to create an edge for our business.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Microsoft Teams - VOIP Admin will conduct discovery of existing telephony environment/technology
  • Translate business requirements to technology solution designs
  • Assist in the design and delivery of solutions to meet business objectives and technical requirements
  • Develop policy documentation, training material, and diagrams for voice and collaboration solutions throughout the enterprise
  • Troubleshoot voice and collaboration related issues and make recommendations for system fixes and enhancements
  • As a Microsoft Teams - VOIP Admin, you will provide technical user support for incidents escalated from the helpdesk and resolve system/application issues
  • Work with the team to explore new ways to scale M365 offerings such as Power Platform, MS Teams, Microsoft Power Automate among others to improve ways of working within the organization
  • Assist with the migration of content from various sources (personal computers, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.) to Enterprise standard M365 environment as designed


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or 3 years of equivalent IT experience
  • Knowledge of Telecom engineering, IVR/SIP implementations, custom development, and administration
  • The candidate must embrace new technology and feels confident supporting a global O365 architecture
  • Candidate must enjoy a close-knit team environment of shared responsibility while managing and providing support in various technologies and implementing services to create an edge for our business
  • Up to date and intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Specific experience Microsoft, Cisco, or SBCs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English) required
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Knowledge of systems analysis and design methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Able to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment
  • Self-motivated; Self-starter
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment
  • Experience with and enthusiasm for coaching, mentoring and on the job training


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
