Description: Judge healthcare is actively seeking a Patient Service Representative for a big client in Beverly Hills, CA!
Location: Beverly Hills, CA 90211
Type: Contract
Hours: 8am-5:00pm Monday- Friday
Pay: Flexible and based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Answer patient calls and assist with resolving issues
- Collect co-payments and reconcile payments
- Verify that patient demographic and insurance information
- Schedule appointments and complete patient registration
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Assists with the management of physician schedules
- Process and track referrals and authorizations for various insurance types.
- Explains policies, procedures, or services to patients using administrative knowledge
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Call center experience preferred
