RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client is seeking to hire an Office Manager (Payroll/AR/AP) in Mesa, Arizona (AZ).Summary:We are searching for an Office Manager for one of our new clients, a fast-growing company based out of Mesa, Arizona. Our client currently has operations in Arizona only and about 150 employees but plans to continue to grow both in Arizona and outside of Arizona. The company plans to grow both organically as well as through M&A activities. The Office Manager will be responsible for processing Payroll and owning that process; Help to manage AR and AP and assisting the Controller with other accounting duties. This is a great opportunity with an exciting organization that is going through dynamic change and growth!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required
  • Good experience processing Payroll and managing payroll for a 100 to 300+ person organization
  • Multi-state/multi-location payroll experience is desired
  • Previous experience as a bookkeeper is highly preferred
  • Previous experience working with and/or managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions and processes is a plus
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager and managing office/administrative functions is a plus


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
