Online Marketing Coordinator - 2 days on site

Our client in Wilmington, DE is looking for an Online Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This is a 5+ month contract assignment. This role will be on site on Tuesdays and Thursdays and remote the rest of the week.

Position Description:

Establishes and implements control standards and reporting processes for regular review of online content and applications

Supports department internet/intranet presence by tracking and reporting the online program activity

Coordinates the banner ad placement and reports usage. Makes recommendation based on conducted analysis.

Assist in the development, implementation and updating of the marketing plans and strategies, including the coordination, preparation, communication, and distribution of the marketing initiatives

Assists in the development of brochures and signage and ensures timely and adequate distribution

Coordinates materials needed for marketing, promotion and vendor relationships for all marketing events and coordinates approval process and follow-up on changes for marketing efforts

Coordinates social media efforts for internal and external publication

Tracks and prepares reports summarizing performance of all marketing campaigns which include tracking the costs related to each campaign

Required Skills:

Experience in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations with a focus on Customer Service

Extensive PC proficiency with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience pulling metrics, stats and data
