YOUR ROLE

  • Manages all operations as well as service / support department at factory levelImplements a production strategy to ensure efficient production and high quality products
  • Delivers against production performance KPIs, budget and projects
  • Sets up and executes development plans for production personnel
  • Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations
  • Has legal responsibility for fulfilling SHEQ requirements
  • Acts as key contact for local authorities in the area of responsibility
  • Execute special projects as assigned by Plant Manager.
  • Support the Plant Manager in the development and execution of manufacturing strategies.
  • Ensure that all safety policies and procedures are followed.
  • This includes accident reporting, investigation, primary cause analysis, corrective action, implementation, and follow up.
  • Continually drive Partners and Associates to deliver a safe and clean workplace.
  • Monitor manufacturing performance in real time and postmortem.
  • Adjust production in a timely manner to improve performance.
  • Develop strategies to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Communicate daily with Materials Management to maximize Henkel's ability to service the customer while optimizing labor efficiency.
  • This includes managing work levels, staffing and minimize overtime.
  • Communicate throughout the shift with Hourly Partners and Associates to ensure a constant exchange of ideas, concerns, and information.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Business discipline.
  • Minimum of five years experience in a manufacturing supervisory role is preferred.
  • Outstanding organizational and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Demonstrates leadership, problem solving and conflict management skills (horizontal and vertical).
  • Demonstrates a professional team-player attitude toward work and co-workers.
  • Knowledgeable in the following areas:continuous improvementcost reductionquality managementlean manufacturingproduction planningSHEQbudgetsproduction systemsmanufacturingbusiness strategy

Thesalary for this role is $97,000.00 - $130,000.00. This is the range that wein good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
