Job description

• Process materials from tanks or lagoons.
• Provide tank cleaning service to refineries and chemical plants.

Responsibilities:

• Operator and maintain all tanking cleaning and separation equipment
• Provide labor for remediation activities.
• Respond to emergencies.
• Cleaning tanks and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance on the equipment.
• Rig up or rig down equipment with minimum supervision.
• Properly deacon equipment before it leaves the job site.
• Perform routine maintenance on the equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Must follow all Tradebe Industrial Services and the customer safety policies and
• Must perform Job Safety Analysis job audits on your jobs.
• Must have valid driver's license or State I.D to enter plants.
• Must successfully complete 40 hour HAZWoper class.
• Must be able to obtain a TWIC Card.
• Must successfully pass the appropriate agency background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain clearance into DOD,DOE and DOC facilities.
• Must be physically able to perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
• Must successfully pass company physical.
• Must be able to wear a respirator.
• Must be able to travel (most projects require out of town travel)

Experience:

•Minimum of one (1) year experience deconning equipment before it leaves the job site.
• Minimum one (1) experience cleaning above ground tanks at refineries.
• Must follow all Tradebe and the Customer safety policies and do JSA and job audits on your jobs.
• Working knowledge and operation of processing equipment in the Waste Remediation and/or tank cleaning field, Chemical plant, or refinery.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience operating processing and tank cleaning equipment (Filter Press, Centrifuges, Decanters, Belt Presses Dredging, Ruff Unit, Man way cannon, SRS Unit, Robot, etc )
• Good written and verbal communication skills
