Packaging Warehouse Associate - NEEDED - Opportunity to go Permanent!! - $17 pay rate
Manpower is partnering with a beverage manufacturer to hire a packaging warehouse associate that is based out of Brooklyn, NY. This is a GREAT company to work for! Company has a very upbeat, positive, employee focused culture. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to go permanent. Position will resume in Clifton, NJ in January 2022. What's the job?
Responsible for taking the finished product of a manufacturing process
Ensuring that it is packaged in line with company and industry standards
Making it ready for sale or distribution.
Operates packaging line(s) as scheduled
Ensuring minimal downtime and waste
Loads labels and adjusts the line according to packaging orders
Verifies dates and codes of product.

Customer-focused
Must be flexible in dealing with others in the organization and with work assignments/projects. Ability to stand and move as needed to perform job duties for length of shift
Availability to contribute to departmental continuous improvement and training
Excellent communication skills - able to read, understand and convey instructions in an efficient manner.
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Strong leadership abilities and initiative to perform all job responsibilities.
Self-motivated - ability to work independent of supervision.
Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.
