Job Summary
This position reports to the Assistant Director of Facilities Management.
Department-Specific Responsibilities
- Serves as campus liaison and face of Indiana University South Bend (IUSB)
- Coordinates/oversees all Facilities services at location
- Serves as Building Safety Representative
- Coordinates building special events
- Performs other duties as assigned
QualificationsEDUCATION
Required- High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED)
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES
Required- Valid driver's license and ability to be insured by Indiana University upon date of hire
SKILLS
Required
- General understanding of Office Suite software (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions individually
Working Conditions / DemandsThis role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.
