Summary:
Provides Human Resources (HR) services across the organization to both internal and external customers with primary responsibilities as part of the Payroll and Benefits team. The Coordinator answers high volume phone calls and emails from employees, applicants, managers and other customers for all payroll and benefits needs; directs and assists callers, walk-ins and appointments and provides them with thorough and accurate information to address all frequently-asked questions and needs; refers exceptions to specialists within the HR team; manages the team email in-box; assists HR Administrators, Managers, Directors and other team members in their day-to-day functions, initiatives and projects; performs sensitive and detailed administrative duties; participates in testing, data entry, and maintenance of data information systems; performs high-level support work that requires a great degree of tact and integrity due to the frequency of exposure to the senior level, internal and external contacts and highly-confidential data.

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience

1. Associate's degree in a related field; or
2. High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time payroll processing or related experience.

Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
