OVERVIEW:

The HR Payroll Admin is an integral member of the HR organization with a key role in the delivery ofhigh qualitycustomer service to business leaders, managers and employees, as well as the HR community.

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible fortheend to endprocessing ofUSmulti-company, multi-statepayrolls.Partnerwith HRServices,HRLeaders, and Centers of Excellence to design, develop and implement scalable processes and solutions that ensure an excellent customer experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Profitable Growth 10%focus

  • Focus on continuous improvement, ongoing innovations, best practices, andstandardization

Driving Productivity Operational Excellence: 80%focus

  • Ensure accurateand timelyprocessing ofUSpayrolls
  • Ensure accurateand timelyprocessing of Canadian monthlypayroll
  • Assist with the processing of Spain and France payrolls
  • Understand federal and state taxrequirements
  • Ensure legal deductions are set up and withheld via Workdaypayroll
  • Pull inand finalizeKronos time keeping for US productionworkers
  • Ensure compliancewithcollectivebargainingagreements
  • Process off cycles checks whenrequired
  • Respond to escalated customer payroll/ timeinquiries in a timelyfashion
  • Create and run auditreports
  • Supportallinternal and externalaudits
  • Test system enhancements and upgrades including regression testing ifneeded
  • Create / update payroll process and resourcedocuments
  • Work within ADP Smart Compliance- Wage payments, Wage garnishments & Wisely Now

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3+years ofPayrollexperiencepreferred but not required
  • FPC or CPP certificationpreferred
  • Workday, ADP Smart Compliance & Kronos experiencestronglypreferred
  • MS Office experience including Excel required
  • Organization, interpersonal, writing skills required
  • Attention to detail, high integrity and sound judgement required
  • Team player, continuous improvement focus and analytical skills
