Title: People Solutions Center Partner, US Benefits
Location: Dallas, TX (3 days a week in office)
The Benefits Partner role reports into the People Solution Center Lead and involves working in conjunction with the US Total Rewards Lead to oversee the 401k Plan, LOA,benefit & mobility plans, identifying and resolving Workday data discrepancies to ensure consistent, accurate and compliant plan operations. The PSC Benefits Partner will also focus on optimization of current processes and activities, to improve/enhance solutions and operational efficiency.
Essential Functions:
• Respond accurately and timely to employee and HR inquiries on plans, status changes and general inquiries through Workday case management.
• Liaise with third party vendors to respond to case management inquiries for benefits related issues.
• Partnering with the CoE on the administration of the following programs: Aspire Program, Cetaphil Coupons, Financial Reimbursement, Executive Physical, Tuition Reimbursement, and Social Allowance.
• Collaborate with Benefits Vendor on the annual audit filling and 5500 filing of qualified 401K plans.
• Partner with HRIS team to update as needed integration configurations
• Partner with CoE and vendor to support the open enrollment process. Lead Workday sessions to enhance benefits enrollment end user experience.
• Ensure accuracy of all benefits enrollments in Workday to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.
• Assist with all administrative aspects of the leave of absence and programs in accordance with the applicable federal and state employment laws. Partner with vendor to build integration.
• Perform reconciliation and processing of benefit invoices for all group plans.
• Analyze current processes and provide continuous improvement opportunities for benefit related processes.
• Participation in PSC and or HR related projects and initiatives.
