Where you come in:

  • You will report to the Production Control Manager.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining a strong pulse on the manufacturing operation.
  • You will define the build plan, schedule production, and work cross functionally to maintain the health of the value stream.
  • You will plan material consumption and provide guidance/planning to the procurement organization.

What makes you successful:
  • You use MPS (Master Production Scheduling) information to generate production plan
  • You schedule production work orders to guide daily shop floor activities
  • You ensure component requirements and work center capacity requirements are addressed
  • You collaborate with managers to develop and maintain shop floor schedules
  • You ensure manufacturing schedule completion to requirements
  • You support the maintenance of optimal inventory levels
  • You ensure accurate and realistic planning horizons
  • You maintain key planning work center metrics and communicate updates to cross functional teams
  • You produce reports and metrics to facilitate planning

Experience and Education

  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.

Exempt Salary Details:

The annual base salary range for this role is $59,000 to $98,300. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.
