An exceptional firm in Encino is seeking a Pre-Litigation Case Manager with at least 1 year of Personal Injury experience and fluency in Spanish.

The Pre-Litigation Case Manager will be responsible for a case load of approximately 75-80 cases. The role involves regular client communication including scheduling/coordinating clients' medical treatments, assisting clients with getting their vehicles repaired, providing them with status updates on their cases, and answering any general questions clients may have about their case.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 1+ years of pre-litigation experience in personal injury
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
