Your new company
This firm provides turnkey energy optimisation solutions for building infrastructure projects in New York. They work with high end building owners to help them meet corporate and regulatory sustainability targets. This covers central plant, chilled water, boilers, heat pumps, advanced optimisation using analytics and building automation.

Your new role
As a Senior Principal, you will be working with building owners to understand their energy needs and produce turnkey solutions to help them achieve this. This will include chiller design, plant design, project scoping, fixing existing equipment, upgrading and modernising. You will also be involved in training operators to run their plants.

What you'll need to succeed
Having an expert level knowledge of chilled water projects, maintenance and operations is essential for this position.
