Job Description:
CoreLogic's Research & Development team (R&D) is expanding. The R&D team needs to generate multiple ideas, concepts that disrupt the real estate industry both domestically in the US and globally. Coupled with market research, CoreLogic know-how and over 150 client visits annually to our R&D facility this is the epicenter of ideas. The Senior Product Manager is responsible for driving the pipeline of ideas and POCs to assess the business case, the validity and CoreLogic's right to win in this space. The goal is to provide CoreLogic EXCO and BU P&L owners a pipeline of business cases to take forward and GTM with.
A critical input to this role is the R&D Facility - The Discovery Center - where we are fortunate to host the c-suites across real estate, banks, insurers, federal / state agencies, retailers, manufacturers, technology companies, telcos ... the industries are numerous. This is a great environment to co-innovate with clients, gain feedback, and shape new disruptive solutions.
This role will report to the Chief Innovation Officer.
Primary Duties:
- Leads the overall designs, development and manages activities for the pipeline of POCs from idea through to ARC funding (Note: Options exist to lead products after ARC funding to GTM). Work with the R&D team, shared services (TSG, EDSG) and BUs. Provide visibility and governance to this pipeline of ideas across the enterprise
- Gain input and feedback on new ideas and POCs through industry experts, clients, and vendors, often in the Discovery Center
- Be an evangelist for CoreLogic. Talk with media, present at conferences to evangelize CoreLogic 2.0 - the premier data, analytics and software company for all things property & location.
Job Qualifications:Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work/industry experience
- 10+ years proven experience in high-tech business management, product management or research & development which includes some combination of product and/or business strategy determination, market research, pricing analysis and/or product development.
- Experience in data operations and/or residential real estate industry highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership.
- Analytical skills with an understanding of statistical models and how they are used in a product solution.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to assess product opportunities through market research and client feedback to develop market sizing, pricing, costing and ROI analysis
- Experience with project development methodology (i.e.. Agile, Waterfall, Extreme) preferred
- Negotiation skills
- Data analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Presentation skills to present to and persuade large and diverse audience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with tools and methodologies specific to the product line(s) assigned.
- Experience managing products involving large scale data-driven applications.
Annual Pay Range:110,500 - 165,000 USD
