Description: Our client is currently seeking a PROCUREMENT MANAGER in Texas.
A growing Consumer Products company is in search of a Procurement Director in Austin,TX. The company would love to see 6 to 8 years of proven success in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing roles. It's important to have a meaningful experience in vendor relationship management, including price and contract negotiations. Also, an understanding of process manufacturing from a supply chain perspective, within the world of consumer products. Health & Beauty products experience is a plus. Excellent understanding of an ERP software solution, such as SAP, or NetSuite. Strong time management skills is a must and a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science, MBA preferred.
You will be responsible for leading the Procurement of the Production materials.
Maintenance all PO's and related communication.
Create and maintain the KPI's
