Join Our Team as a Product Manager!

Are you passionate about managing product portfolios and driving strategic initiatives? We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead our segment product portfolio in alignment with our strategic objectives and market trends. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our product offerings meet customer needs, driving new product development, and managing the product life cycle. Your expertise will contribute to our success in delivering innovative solutions to the market.

Key Responsibilities

Product Portfolio Management

  • Lead product line management efforts, define strategies for new product opportunities, and develop business cases and plans.
  • Analyze market trends and maintain key performance indicators to measure product line health.
  • Manage the product life cycle, ensuring alignment between market needs and product development processes.

Product Positioning & Commercialization

  • Drive the launch of new products by coordinating with cross-functional teams and providing guidance on product launch planning.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure maximum market penetration and alignment with customer requirements.
  • Establish pricing targets, market strategies, and pricing programs to maximize profitability.

Product-related Communication

  • Develop and implement impactful product positioning and messaging strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create high-impact sales tools and customer retention materials to support product promotion.

Market Insights; Strategy & Innovation

  • Conduct market research and utilize market information to understand customer needs and inform strategy.
  • Develop plans and projects for innovation and product development.

Compliance & HSE

  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures related to personal conduct and HSE standards.
  • Implement action plans to ensure product compliance with legal requirements and manage product master data.

Level of Autonomy

The Product Manager will have autonomy in showcasing organizational acumen, interpersonal skills, proactive problem-solving, and decision-making without seeking approval from higher managers.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D, Manufacturing, or Marketing, with at least 3 years as a Product Manager.
  • University qualification in business, marketing, engineering, or chemistry.
  • Strong understanding of project and program management, customer, and supplier relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and communicate product and marketing strategies effectively.
  • Business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Results-focused with a collaborative working style.

Compensation/Benefits

The salary range for these skills is:$90,000 - $100,000.00.This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.This salary range may also be modified in the future.
