Our client, not just a household name, but a world leading broadcast network, is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our their Growth Marketing Team.  This is a hybrid role which initially our client will require you to work 1-day a week in-office at their corporate headquarters in New York, NY. If hired, you will report to the Head of Growth and if you’re the right individual this could turn into a permanent opportunity!

What You’ll Be Doing:


Own the value proposition and roadmap for existing subscription products and the bundling of new ones, in addition to unique benefits and subscriber exclusives
Be the key strategic lead in our Go to Market testing and plans for new bundles of subscription-based products and campaigns that feature our existing subscription portfolio
Own the messaging strategy and value proposition of these products and work cross functionally both internally and externally to bring our campaigns and GTM to life
Focus on new growth audiences and how our products are designed and uniquely positioned to attract new audiences to brand product
Establish a go-to-market vision and strategy to grow subscriber revenue by enhancing the value proposition and increasing product feature interest and utilization
Define and own a roadmap to deliver a portfolio of direct-to-consumer subscription offerings that address the needs of our current and growth target audiences
Serve as subject matter expert for our key growth audiences, which include multicultural targets and millennial audiences so that our products and marketing can align with their core needs
Identify high-value user behaviors, user attributes and content features to prioritize and execute features and improvements that have a measurable impact on usage, conversion and business value
Define and execute our Media marketing strategy for subscription services and media planning for social
Lead articulation of subscription value propositions and subscription creative campaign
Ideate new subscriber exclusive short- and long-term benefits with Partnership Manager
Oversee the development of new subscription features and benefits in partnership with the Digital Experiences team
Lead the creative development process and execution of new campaigns in alignment with the brand at times working with our Creative Agency


About You:


Bachelor’s degree required
7-10 years of experience of working in a product marketing, product development or partner activation role
Ability to build value propositions and messaging strategies - an expert storyteller with a solutions-based approach
Ability to develop strategies for creating a pipeline for new offerings as well as upsell, cross-sell, and growth opportunities
Ability to link product launches to organizational campaign themes and goals
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and bringing stakeholders together in decision-making
PM Skills with an analytical ability to define analytical needs and leverage output to refine plans
Strong communication, presentation and relationship management skills
Direct experience with managing marketing campaigns
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and bringing stakeholders together in decision making to bring campaigns to life
Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence, MS Office skills, and must be comfortable using a MAC/Apple Computer
Interested in data but also with a creative eye to lead the creative process
EQ skills are important for this position
