Job Description:

Under direct supervision, performs routine activities associated with general and physical labor, basic operational support, manufacturing best practices, and good housekeeping. Punctuality, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are essential. The ideal candidate will, over time, learn to read work orders, conduct quality control inspections, setup and adjust machinery, and provide more complex support to the operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs general and physical labor (repetitive movement, lifting, bending, etc.).
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Carries out routine production activities to make the required quantity of parts within specifications and tolerances.
• Measures finished parts in accordance with prints and specifications.
• Loads and positions products from the manufacturing line to the appropriate pallet, cart, or trailer location.
• Supports the packing and shipping of orders.
• Performs other duties, as assigned.
