YOUR ROLE

  • Supervise production associates and monitor daily schedule execution.
  • Support site goals including Safety, Product Quality, Inventory Reduction, and Budget Attainment.
  • Communicate with internal support functions including scheduling, planning, warehouse, maintenance and product control.
  • Investigate and implement corrective actions related to customer concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with facility, state and federal policies and procedures to include: Hiring and dismissal; Disciplinary actions; Performance appraisals; Training and personnel development; Attendance; Applicable OSHA General Industry Regulations.
  • Ability to work alternate hours if needed.
  • Hold direct reports accountable whether doing great job or not performing to standards.
  • People orientated, with ability to coach employees

YOUR SKILLS

  • High School Degree or GED Required, Bachelors degree Preferred
  • 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment required.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • People orientated, with ability to coach employees
  • Hold direct reports accountable whether doing great job or not performing to standards.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel/ Power point/ Teams).
  • Data driven and goal oriented.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability manage multiple tasks at the same time.
  • SAP Experience preferred
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing methodologies - Identifying waste, 5S, error proofing
    etc.
  • Ability to work alternate hours if needed.
