JOB SUMMARY

Program Compliance Coordinators monitor all state, federal, and contract requirements and conduct corresponding internal reviews. They also provide form and packet development, external review support, contract review, process, and workflow review as well as provide ongoing training to staff. They additionally monitor internal compliance trackers and expiring caseload paperwork.

JOB DUTIES

  • Assist with administrative duties to credential employees in accordance with state, federal, and contract requirements
  • Meet general customer service objectives to ensure positive business growth and development
  • Promote cohesiveness in the office environment
  • Support day-to-day operations and client advocacy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders regarding delivery of services
  • Communicate effectively
  • Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures
  • Demonstrate dependability
  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exhibit computer efficiency
  • Handle complex service programs and special projects
  • Maintain necessary skills and knowledge to coordinate workflow
  • Market services to referral sources
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Participate in professional development and training activities
  • Prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
  • Represent company at stakeholder meetings, health fairs, and provider fairs
  • Provide administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and data entry tasks related to the caregiver credentialing process
  • Screen and route phone calls to the appropriate people and departments
  • Monitor company compliance standards (i.e. Proficiency Trackers & Expiration Reports)
  • Bilingual preferred in various locations
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFACATIONS

  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Previous Office Experience preferred
  • Combination of education and experience
The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.
