They are well known for their fascinating and innovative projects in a very niche space of the heavy construction industry. Responsibilities:

- Assist Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure the success of the projects.

- Attend project meetings and document minutes to help prepare project reports and status updates for management.

- Monitor and report on project progress and identify potential issues to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Assist with contract administration, change orders, claims and assist in the preparation of proposals and bids

- Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and other project-related documents.

Qualifications:

- Ideally, have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

- 0-3 years of experience in heavy civil construction.

- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
