This internship is designed for high performing undergraduate students in the process of obtaining their Bachelor of Clinical Research degree. Ideal candidates are rising seniors who are interested in growing their experience in the CRO industry across our global clinical development functions.

Responsibilities: Utilize your clinical degree skills and knowledge to understand our business and assist teams in real life projects. Gain exposure through networking events, social media, and shadowing opportunities Participate in professional development opportunities focused on topics such as personal brand, building relationships, interviewing and resume building, career preparedness, and engaging in continuous coaching and development with the assistance of a team of mentors Attending and participating in meetings and conference calls. Other ad-hoc tasks under the direction of the supervisor.

Eligibility:

• Rising Senior and currently enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor degree program
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to efficiently present and explain scientific results to people with different backgrounds
• Self-motivated and sense of ownership over the project in order to bring it to successful completion
• Ability to work remotely (no relocation stipend provided)
