We are a local Akron based General Contractor specializing in Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Office/Corporate, Retail and Restaurant Construction projects.
All projects are locally based, no travel. We're growing and looking to add on someone who wants to grow with our company.
What You Will Be Doing + Manage Project & Superintendent
+ Coordinate and direct construction process
+ Act as front line contact with owner/architect/engineer
+ Develop long-term working relationships with project team members
- Communication and coordination with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers for day to day activities. This should include emails, phone calls, or onsite meetings.
- Work in coordination with your project team to complete successful projects. This entails open and constant communication.
- Be able to successfully manage a project of up to 10 million dollars or 3 to 4 smaller projects totaling that value.
What You Need for this Position - 2-5+ years of experience working for a commercial GC
- Ground up and Interior fit out experience
- Ability to manage projects up to $10M
- The willingness to grow and learn
