What You Will Be Doing In this role you will:

Manage all aspects of a construction project, including bidding, construction/operations, project close-out, and warranty.
Establish, monitor, and thoroughly understand project finances.
Generate, track, and maintain complex construction schedules.
Search out, contract with, negotiate with, and effectively manage a diverse group of subcontractors.
What You Need for this Position - Minimum of 5 years of industry experience
- Bachelors of Science in Construction Management or Engineering..
- Can successfully manage multiple Community Living / Multifamily projects simultaneously with contract values ranging from $3M to $10M each, or individual complex projects ranging from $10M to $40M.
