RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Mesa, AZ that is seeking a Project Manager. This is a hybrid role - 85% of the time you can work remote, but you will need to attend meetings in the office two to three days a month.Summary:As a Project Manager you will play a key role in providing world-class support to our external clients and internal teams by managing the end-to-end implementation of contracted technical programs and ensuring they are delivered on time.Essential Responsibilities:- Project Manager will be responsible for tracking the status of all programs/projects as assigned by working with different stakeholders (Construction, Software Development/Engineering, Field Ops and Legal), managing customer expectations, providing status reports to management, active risk and issue management, and drive risks/issues/actions (RAID) to closure
- Create and manage project plans, communicate schedules with different stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of all projects and tickets
- Work in a highly collaborative environment with a team that is geographically distributed; The Project Manager will understand the agile methodology, coupled with the development and QA lifecycle
- Responsible for end-to-end program management of assigned client implementations (new logos and program expansions)
- Partner with a cross-functional project team to deliver programs on time, on budget and according to contractual requirements
- As a Project Manager, you will develop, distribute, and manage consolidated project plans, status reports, dashboards and communicate with stakeholders
- Actively identify and manage risks, issues, actions, and dependencies through closure and communicate to maintain alignment
- Partner with the Operations, Account Management, and Legal teams to manage customer expectations through concise and timely communication
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Engineering or Management Information Systems required
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) preferred, relevant industry experience, photo enforcement, tolling, and/or client implementation experience can be substituted
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience leading technology solution delivery in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in coaching, leading, and influencing others
- Experience in managing projects and schedules using Microsoft Project
- Experienced with Office products like Excel, and PowerPoint to generate reports and dashboards
- Some experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools like Planview, Mavenlink, etc.
- Experienced or familiar with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence
- Must understand the agile development methodology, applicable roles, and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-resolution, analytical skills, and stakeholder management expertise
- Flexible and adaptable about learning, task assignments, and learning new technologies
- Agile Scrum Software Development practices and tools preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
