Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager

Job type: Contract

Location: Remote (Potential for on-site visits)

Duration: 6+ Months

The Project Manager 1 manages all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager 1 work assignments are often straightforward and of moderate complexity. The Project Manager 1 designs, communicates, and implements an operational plan for completing the project; monitors progress and performance against the project plan; takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Identifies, develops, and gathers the resources to complete the project. Prepares designs and work specifications; develops project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors. Communicates with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project. Conducts meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project. Sets priorities, allocates tasks, and coordinates project staff to meet project targets and milestones. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities, and follows direction. Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation.

Responsibilities:

•Change Management Needs:

•Raise awareness for large Marketing platform program and manage stakeholder expectations

•Promote platform adoption and raise excitement for upcoming changes

•Account for changes impacting various stakeholders, including marketers, operational teams, and within the program

•Inform the communications plan and deliver high-value content

•Coordinate change management activities with education and training (not directly accountable for training)

•Translate technical output/deliverables into key outcomes (what is in it for me)

•Stitch together numerous efforts across work streams to paint a simple, cohesive picture for stakeholders

•Effectively navigate changes in priorities and timelines within the program and with stakeholders

Potential Change Management Activities:

•Complete stakeholder assessments

•Set change management objectives

•Define and execute change management plan

•Measure plans effectiveness

•Effectively leverage various means for communicating change:

oSharePoint Site

oLunch-n-learn for significant changes - recorded and loaded to SharePoint

oArticle on Hi! (intranet site)

oProgram management forums and channels

oSuper Users/Champions/Advocates

oOffice Hours (for operators)

oQuarterly Topic Meeting

oEducation and training to take advantage of new capabilities

Required Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree

•3+ years of experience leading change management planning and activation

•Excellent written and oral communication skills

•Highly organized and results driven

•Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer

•Candidates must be able to tell an effective story to both associates and senior leaders.
