Property Manager

Our client, a Chicago-based affordable housing developer, is looking for a Property Manager . This candidate will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the property handling tasks such as tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial management.

Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of property files and records
- Communicating with residents
- Staff Management
- Maintaining physical assets
- Assists with move-in and move-outs
- Providing excellent customer service
- Financial Reporting

Required Skills:
- Bilingual
- Previous experience in managing affordable housing Section 8 and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Positive attitude and manner
- Basic tech proficiency in Microsoft Office
