The Provider Relations Manager will Manage and maintain the provider network and relationships across all VOANS PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) Organizations.

PACE locations include:
North Carolina, Michigan, Colorado and Kentucky

Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5:30 PM (Fully Remote)

Essentials:
  • Oversee and manage provider network across all VOANS PACE Organizations.
  • Supervises Provider Relations Representative position(s).
  • Initiates and maintains effective channels of communication with new and existing healthcare providers.
  • Exhibits understanding and sets priorities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and designs work plans to track progress, resolve issues, and efficiently and effectively see tasks to completion.
  • Completes orientations, training and development for new and existing network providers.
  • Manages Provider Relations website.
  • Manages Provider Relations claim system module.
  • Conducts site visits to providers if necessary.
  • Gathers, reviews, and verifies all pertinent information relating to participating healthcare providers.
  • Collaborates with the Provider Relations Representative on projects.
  • Works with the Third-Party Administrator and VOANS Claims and Contracting departments in resolving healthcare provider issues in a timely manner.
  • Plan and facilitate meetings with current and future healthcare providers.
  • Works with healthcare providers to adhere to contract and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepares routine reports for the Sr. Director of Healthcare Operations on provider satisfaction and other provider metrics.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or closely related field.
  • Minimum four years in client services, provider relations, and claims processing.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with various levels of facility and VOA/VOANS staff and providers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of HIPAA law.
  • Knowledge of PACE regulations.
