We are seeking Psychiatric Technician II to join our team at our program in Beaver Falls, PA.

Earn $16.93/hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay Option.

The Psychiatric Technician II works with and adheres to the safety and welfare of all residents in the Residential Programs including mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health. Displays knowledge of and implements resident treatment plans. Provide care and treatment in a manner that considers the rights, safety, comfort, and overall therapeutic environment for consumers. Effectively manage consumer crisis and follow all reporting requirements. Support individuals in the performance of household activities as appropriate (cleaning, organizing, laundry, etc..). Teach and promote various activities of daily living (money management, hygiene, time management, keeping a schedule, social and leisure activities, etc..).

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degreein psychology or related human service field

• Minimum one year experience in a related field, knowledge and understanding of severe mental illness, recovery principles
and recovery driven service system.

• Valid Driver's License required

• All Clearances required by OMHSAS
