From product PR campaigns around Black Friday and Prime Day to product launches at major events like CES, as our new PR & Communications Manager you have the opportunity to combine your PR experience with your inner creative and project manager to focus on our storytelling adventure and create visible results.

Attached to our Lowell, MA office and reporting to the Senior Director for Global PR & Communications in HQ in Europe (Copenhagen, Denmark) and supporting local management, the job is to drive both B2B and B2C PR efforts directed towards tech, lifestyle, channel, business and trade media. A big part of the job is to understand the needs of our different business units and execute relevant PR and communications plans in a balance act between the global strategy and the local requests.

Creating sound PR & Communications

Specifically, you will act as point of contact for NA press inquires, while:

• Collaborate with Product Marketing and other teams to develop PR tactics and execution plans
• Plan and coordinate PR campaigns for both B2B and B2C organization, including:

• For BtC: maximizing PR opportunities for key retail moments across the year, like seasonal activities and promotional days (like Black Friday and Prime Day) while maintaining different media pushes, like tech, lifestyle and national
• For BtB: strengthening thought leadership stories for trending topics in the enterprise arena, including hybrid working, productivity enhancement, collaboration tech, public sector etc.

• Support all events in region, including global events like CES and InfoComm in Las Vegas, but also European shows with American participation, like IFA in Berlin and ISE in Barcelona
• Support the writing of Q&As, press releases and other types of material
• Maintain solid reporting processes and flow on internal communications
• Manage the existing external NA PR agency team

PR professional with solid communications skills

For education and experience, we imagine that you have:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism or a related field
• 5+ years of experience working with PR and communication in the US, e.g. from an agency or a similar brand where you have worked with both B2B and B2C PR
• Proven track record on the concepts of media relations, PR plans, product PR, thought leadership, marketing communications and social media
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities

You are self-driven, and you don't mind working on your own or collaborating with your manager from a distance.
