  • Set-up, operate, and adjust machines and equipment as needed to produce quality parts.
  • (Examples of machines and equipment are, but not limited to, punch press, press brake, forklift, and other departmental equipment.)
  • Use of calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to ensure quality standards
  • Follow drawings or work orders as provided by a team leader.
  • Read/interpret blueprints and make minor adjustments as necessary
  • Remove burrs, alter shape, improve fit or smooth finish using hand tools or power tools.
  • Must be able to maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area and comply with all safety rules and procedures.
  • Must work efficiently while keeping safety, quality and production standards in mind at all times.
  • To promote a team-oriented atmosphere at all times.
  • Any other task asked by the leadership team.
