Eurofins Agroscience Services is searching for a QC Coordinator II to work in Easton, MD.

QC Coordinator II responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Review raw data and calculations to verify accuracy, integrity, and compliance with GLP's, SOP's, and protocols
• Review reports, verifying their integrity, clarity, compliance to the protocols and GLP's
• Be familiar with pertinent study protocols, GLP's, SOP's and ensure adherence to them in one's own work as well as work received from other individuals
• Verify concentrations for all radio-labeled stocks prepared and/or analyzed by the Chemistry Department
• Maintain the report list for the chemistry department to assure that all information is prioritized, updated and correct
• Other duties as required for the effective and efficient operation of the laboratory and company in general

The ideal candidate would possess :

• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

Basic Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major).
• Minimum of four (5) years of experience in a directly relevant or demonstrated comparable competency and skill attainment is required.
• Experience in a GLP environment preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Easton, MD are encouraged to apply.
