Quality Assurance Associate

Your Role:

The Quality Assurance Associate at MilliporeSigma will support the quality systems, and ensure their alignment with business goals, customer expectations/requirements and global business unit best practices.

• Support Quality systems development and maintenance
• Oversee reporting for internal and external customers
• Take ownership of Document control
• Assist with Employee training
• Support Change management

Physical Attributes:

• Viewing computer monitors for long periods of time
• Sitting, standing, walking, reaching above the shoulder, stooping, kneeling, twisting, crouching, or crawling for periods of time
• Utilizing close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth vision and the ability to adjust focus
• Regularly uses phones, computers, computer monitors and office/laboratory equipment

Who You Are:

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2+ years of work experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical manufacturing, or a related life science environment

OR

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or other Life Science discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Communication skills, oral and written
• Strong computer skills
• Knowledge of ISO Quality standards
• Life science, chemical, performance materials, or healthcare industry knowledge
