Salary: $100,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Quality Manager with Food manufacturing experience in the Bourbonnais, IL area.

COMPENSATION: 100k to 120k plus bonus

RELOCATION: Yes

MUST HAVE: Bachelor's Degree (Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, etc preferred)

MUST HAVE: Experience in food or related industry

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee all Food Safety and Quality Policies (Training, Create quality and food safety programs, HACCP, - GMPs, Pest Control, Food Allergen and Environmental Monitoring, Recall programs)

- Act as the plant HACCP Coordinator and Food Defense and Crisis Management Program leader

- Write Policies and SOP's

- Participate in regulatory, customer, internal and third-party audits

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations issued by USDA, FDA, and other federal, State and - local regulatory agencies regarding food safety

- Facilitate investigations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor's Degree (Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, etc preferred)

- 5+ years experience as a Quality Manager in a food processing plant
