CNH Industrial is continuing to invest in delivering Quality products to our customers. To ensure bringing these products to market, we are seeking a Quality Reporting Analyst within the Quality Processes team, to help monitor the performance of our global products and ensure customer satisfaction.

This position is eligible for HYBRID flexible work arrangements!

Responsibilities

• Support the Quality organization by supplying data and analysis to facilitate management of product quality
• Provide data for annual Supply Agreement review for powertrain and after-treatment components, updating targets as required
• Monitor processes/KPI/metrics and suggest improvements for business area
• Participate in global projects in the Quality Reporting areas; representing business process view related to outside supplier management
• This position pays $64,000 - $87,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

• High School/Technical School or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Systems (end to end) and product quality reporting
• Ability to work with cross cultural teams and regions
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, conflict resolution, and multi-tasking skills
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
