Superior Completion Services is currently seeking a Labor - Warehouse Worker to join their team in Houston, TX. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answers telephones with professionalism and routes calls as necessary
  • Provides callers with information such as: company address, directions to location, fax numbers, company website and job application completion instruction  
  • Greets and announces clients and visitors in a positive, helpful manner         
  • Supports workplace safety and security by maintaining visitor logs        
  • Retrieves, sorts and forwards incoming mail        
  • Performs general office/secretarial support with a wide variety of clerical activities and related tasks. (i.e., data entry, accounting assistance, report preparation, handling deliveries and other administrative duties as assigned by Management)        
  • Arranges appointments, conferences and meetings; may maintain appointment calendar
  • Maintains a professional appearance and communication style in dealing with customers and coworkers
  • Maintains interoffice phone lists                                                                                                                                         
  • Maintains a close working relationship with all levels of the organization to ensure a system of open communication exists
  • Performs any other delegated duties considered appropriate in order to maintain the efficient running of the department
  • Maintaining breakrooms
TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to efficiently answer a multi-line digital switchboard
BEHAVIORAL ABILITIES
  • Excellent verbal skills
  • Good written communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  •  Build and maintain positive customer relationships, internal or external
  • Operating various office equipment: personal computer, copy machine, fax machines, postal machine and telephone system       
  • Identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions       
  • Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems 
    EDUCATION
    • High School Diploma/GED
