An American Company is seeking a Recruiting / Sourcing Manager in Boston, MA.

Role Description

• Candidate will be responsible for sourcing for all company US positions
• Will be taking intake calls with hiring leaders within company and responsible for writing up the job descriptions
• Looking for this candidate to be an expert in the US Accounting & Finance talent market
• Will be responsible for marketing / advertising - helping to get the company Brand out into the US Footprint
• Company wants this candidate to bring ideas to the table and help develop a strategy based on the forecasting for hiring
• Will be given a LinkedIn Recruiter Seat; along with other licenses to other recruiting platforms. Experience recruiting within LI or Monster will be expected.
• Looking for this candidate to understand and navigate a tracking database system to keep track of all candidates
• Are looking for this candidate to organize and execute career fairs at targeted universities

• Provide a resourcing service across USA and other Group jurisdictions, ensuring ongoing knowledge and awareness of the varying legislative, regulatory and immigration requirements and ensuring all resourcing is undertaken in line with company policies and procedures, regulations, and best practice
• Responsible for the full recruitment process from approval for recruitment stage through to sourcing, assessment, offer of employment ensuring all stakeholders are updated on a regular basis
• Develop effective relationships with internal stakeholders; advise and guide hiring managers on recruitment processes and interviewing methods to ensure a responsive, cohesive, and fair process and ensuring stakeholder needs are managed in a timely and satisfactory manner; update BP's and Group Director on vacancy status on a weekly basis
• Draft job descriptions in liaison with Hiring Managers to ensure these accurately reflect the role, ensuring final sign off by your appropriate HRBP
• Undertake HR interviews and provide constructive insight and feedback to hiring managers, candidates and HRBPs
• Develop and build current and new relationships with external stakeholders expanding company's professional network through relationships with agencies, colleges and other third parties
• Review standard agency agreements to company standard terms negotiating preferential terms and fees
• Maximize the use of technology in resourcing activities applying relevant strategy for different job profiles and jurisdictions including social media platforms eg LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.
• Ensure all recruitment activity is carried out in line with company's DE&I policy
• Utilize the recruitment platform to its fullest functionality in order to ensure an ongoing positive and quality stakeholder experience and undertake ongoing evaluation in order to identify and propose efficiencies
• Ensure accurate utilization of the recruitment platform in order to compile statistical data, create and prepare reports and analysis in order to provide insights, trends and future forecasts (eg costs, applications received, response time) and to support divisional and jurisdictional board reporting and other ad hoc reporting requirements and information requests
• Consider the impact of resourcing and recruitment costs on an ongoing basis, seeking and proposing efficiencies to Senior Manager, Hiring Managers and BPs.
• Promote company as an international employer of choice with strong brand recognition across all sourcing channels both internally and externally the promotion of Gateway and internal vacancy updates, strong social media presence, employee referrals, third party job boards or agencies and own network; propose means and methods for expending, promoting and championing company brand for greater hiring impact and visibility.
• Participate in job fairs and career events where relevant
• Manage company Gateway applications, promoting the mobility offering across the Group, and coordinating relocation offers, relevant work permit and visa applications.
• Consider the impact of resourcing and recruitment costs and seek efficiencies where practical, highlighting opportunities for efficiencies to hiring managers and/or HR colleagues.
