RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Day Lab Operator in Redmond, WA.Summary:Our client is a cutting-edge provider of world class software, solutions, and services. Doing business in 170 countries, our client is dedicated to fulfilling their mission of helping you and your organization achieve more around the world.Responsibilities:- The Day Lab Operator will be utilizing Automated Test Equipment for testing new chips and wafers
- Loading new chips and wafers and loading the appropriate test program in the automated test equipment
- Day-to-day test operations management: Keeping the testing equipment and tools running; Changing parts and testing programs as needed; Maintaining testing data log
- The Day Lab Operator will be taking special works requests from the engineers and incorporating any special instructions that may need to be executed on (e.g., loading another program, rather than the program they typically use)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Nice to have - Basic technical troubleshooting skills to be able to troubleshoot load boards, like a blown part; Nice to have debugging and soldering skills
- Good communication skills; Taking and following instructions
- Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned
- Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
